This updated edition of Perspectivas urbanas: Temas críticos en políticas de suelo en America Latina (Urban Perspectives: Critical Land Policy Themes in Latin America), published in 2010, presents a collection of 85 Land Lines articles, translated from the original English into Spanish, on CD-ROM. A new chapter of 22 additional articles, most of them published since 2005, offers an opportunity to explore the activities of Lincoln Institute’s program on Latin America through the voices of some of its closest collaborators. Nearly two-thirds of the new articles report on research supported by the Lincoln Institute, while others profile members of the program’s faculty.
Laura Mullahy is manager of special projects in the Office of the President at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. She previously worked directly with the Program on Latin America and the Caribbean and has co-authored and edited numerous publications on land policy in Latin America.
