Laura Mullahy

Laura Mullahy is a senior program manager at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. She develops and manages initiatives in the Latin America and Caribbean geography as well as cross-institutional special projects. She coordinates institutional partnerships and networks of practitioners and collaborates in the exploration of new international opportunities for the Lincoln Institute. Her professional background outside of the Lincoln Institute is in nonprofit program management, primarily in environmental NGOs and international foundations. Laura holds a master’s degree in international relations from Georgetown University. She lived, studied, and worked in South America for more than 17 years.
