Center for Geospatial Solutions
Find your land. The Center for Geospatial Solutions (CGS) helps communities wrangle messy, scattered land data into a clear picture of what they own. Using the Who Owns America® methodology, CGS builds public land inventories and suitability analyses that map publicly owned parcels and classify them by what they can best support — housing, nature-based solutions, or both.
CGS contracts directly with local governments and partners to inventory publicly owned land and assess which sites are suitable for development. If your community needs to know what land it holds and where housing or green infrastructure could go, this is where to begin.

Build the capacity to finance it. Accelerating Community Investment (ACI) strengthens the field of practitioners working to finance public development, housing, and infrastructure. ACI connects public agencies, mission-driven lenders, and investors, and builds the shared knowledge needed to structure projects that pair public land with the capital required to build.
ACI offers training and a community of practice for practitioners working on public land and community investment. Joining connects your team to peers solving the same financing problems and to the tools and relationships that move projects forward.
