Sabrina (Guihong) Wei

Sabrina is a professor of law at Beijing Forestry University in Beijing, China. She is also the director of the Law and Policy Institute for State-Owned Forest Farms and the editor in chief of the State-Owned Forest Farms Journal, which publishes research on the practice of sustainable management and forest operations for 4,855 state-owned forest farms in China. 

While at the Lincoln Institute, Sabrina is studying the history and application of the conservation easement as a legal tool to advance land protection in the United States. She is also studying how the practice might be relevant in China. She will continue her work remotely with the network of civic land conservation practitioners in China.
