Katie Grace Deane is director of operations and learning at the Lincoln Institute, leading work to ensure the organization’s operations effectively support its programmatic mission and shepherding the organization’s learning practice. Most recently, she was associate director of research, evaluation, and learning for the Center for Community Investment, a program at the Lincoln Institute that works to ensure that all communities can unlock the capital they need to thrive by helping communities build more powerful and effective investment systems. Before joining the Lincoln Institute, Katie Grace led research on public policy and impact investment, trends in sustainable investment, and place-based frameworks for community development at the Initiative for Responsible Investment at the Harvard Kennedy School. Katie Grace has a B.A. in political science with a concentration in leadership studies from Williams College. She is a member of the Miss Hall’s School Board of Trustees.
