Kathryn Jo Lincoln serves as the chair of the board for the Lincoln Institute. Throughout her career, she has focused on corporate governance, both in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. She plays a crucial role in the strategic direction of the institute, including the development of partnering organizations. In her former role as chief investment officer, she initiated and led conversations on asset allocation, strategic program development, and payout policies. Currently, she is a member of the Lincoln Electric Holdings Board of Directors, serving on the compensation/executive development committee and the nominating/corporate governance committee. She is cochair of the board and sits on the executive committee of the International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training in Taiwan. She serves on the board of the Hope Effect, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the availability of foster care in Latin America, as well as the boards of HonorHealth in Phoenix, AZ, and Claremont Lincoln University in Claremont, CA.
