Joyce Y. Man

Joyce Yanyun Man’s teaching and research interests focus on urban and regional economics, public finance, housing economics, land policy, and sustainable development. She has contributed many articles to international and domestic journals and has authored several books. She was formerly Director of the Peking University-Lincoln Institute Center for Urban Development and Land Policy and Director of the China Program at the Lincoln Institute. As a visiting fellow, she researches and analyzes urban and land issues in China.
