John E. Anderson

John Anderson is an academic economist and an adviser to public policy makers in the fields of public finance, fiscal reform, and tax policy. Dr. Anderson served as a senior economist with the President’s Council of Economic Advisers in Washington, DC, from 2005 to 2006 and he has also advised state governors and legislatures, as well as numerous state agencies. Internationally, he has lectured, conducted research, and served as an adviser in Bulgaria, China, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, and Tajikistan. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Departments of State, Transportation, and Agriculture.
