Jenna has been with the Lincoln Institute since 2015. She is associate director of local and regional fiscal health, where she leads and supports activities that aim to improve the fiscal health of governments. Much of her work involves research and curriculum development. Jenna earned a B.S. in economics and M.S. in urban and regional policy, both from Northeastern University. Jenna is a Juris Doctor graduate of New England Law | Boston. While in law school, she completed internships at the Massachusetts Land Court and Baker Newman Noyes. Jenna is licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts.
