This illustrated booklet in Portuguese, developed by the Ministry of Cities of Brazil and the Lincoln Institute, provides a user-friendly representation of a Brazilian municipality’s experience implementing and collecting the property tax (Imposto Predial e Territorial Urbano or IPTU).
