Victoria Carrion is associate director of the Accelerating Community Investment (ACI) initiative at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. In this role, she supports the design and facilitation of ACI network experiences and peer learning spaces, while helping participants develop community-centered investment strategies that align with local priorities and investor goals. She works closely with the ACI National Community of Practice, the ACI Lab, the ACI Investor Network, and the ACI cohort of the Lincoln Vibrant Communities program.

Victoria brings over two decades of experience in investment advisory and management services, serving individual and institutional investors across borders and asset classes. Prior to joining the Lincoln Institute, she held roles in relationship management and partnership development with organizations including the Catholic Impact Investing Collaborative, Portocolom Agencia de Valores, and EMPEA, where she worked to connect capital with mission-aligned initiatives globally. She began her career at Santander Private Banking in Miami, Florida, where she gained hands-on experience in global markets and client investment strategy.

Victoria earned a BBA in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami, FL, and an MBA from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra, in Spain.
