Diego Lomelli is a senior instructional designer and analyst at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, where he supports the Learning Design unit and the Latin America and Caribbean program in developing and managing courses, case studies, explainer videos, and other educational products focused on land use policy, planning, and sustainable development. He has led sessions on urban sustainability, infrastructure planning, and finance at academic and professional events across the United States and internationally, including at Claremont Lincoln University, Boston University, and the International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training in Taiwan. He holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Los Andes (Mérida, Venezuela), an MS in city planning from Boston University, and a graduate certificate in learning design and technology from Harvard University.
