Property Tax Systems in Latin America and the Caribbean Book Launch

In this launch webinar, the book Property Tax Systems in Latin America and the Caribbean will be presented, with its editors and chapter authors participating. A synthesis of the regional landscape will be offered, highlighting recent trends and similarities between countries. Additionally, a discussion will be held in which the authors will share their perspectives on the current state of property tax, as well as on the main challenges and opportunities these systems raise due to their respective institutional, fiscal, regulatory and technological contexts. This discussion is meant to foster an exchange of experiences and lessons between countries.
