Economic Analysis of Urban Dilemmas

This course, offered in Spanish, analyzes a number of concerns about the functioning of the cities that can be analyzed from an economic perspective. Class discussion will focus on land markets, especially the drivers of real estate prices and the various tools that are used in urban policy to meet the fiscal needs of the city.
