The Lincoln Vibrant Communities Fellows and Teams Programs equip individuals and groups with the leadership skills, land policy tools, and national connections needed to create a measurable, lasting impact. Fellows are individual leaders tackling multiple complex, common problems in communities, while Teams are groups of four to six cross-sector leaders addressing a specific challenge through key deliverables.
Interested individuals can participate through either pathway. Fellows are highly encouraged to consider participating in the Teams Certificate following completion of the Fellows Certificate, but it is not required.
