Ellen Stepansky is the director of human resources and organizational development at the Lincoln Institute, where she leads the HR team by balancing business strategy with employee experience. Ellen holds an MA in organizational development from William James College and a BFA in musical theater from Emerson College. She has performed with ImprovBoston and sings at Temple Israel and weddings. She is raising two children and a dog with her partner.
