Sue Sours is the director of user experience, managing the web and digital user experience for content and marketing technologies. In her previous position at a social science research institute at Wellesley College, Sue oversaw institute-wide web, technology, and data needs, promoting a coherent ecosystem. Sue developed robust and highly customized websites and microsites that showcase the breadth and quality of the institute’s research programs. In this position, she led a number of migration and redesign projects, optimizing websites for seamless navigation and enhanced user experience. Sue holds a bachelor of science in applied math/computer science and psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
