Meet the Author: Building Postcarbon Futures

By Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Agosto 5, 2026

Around the globe, people are transforming their social, ecological, and economic systems in response to the climate crisis. The recently published Building Postcarbon Futures: Land, Justice, and Energy Transitions guides readers through 29 of these exemplary works in a vibrantly illustrated atlas, followed by deep explorations of the issues by more than a dozen leading scholars on the front lines of the climate justice movement.

Don’t miss an opportunity to meet volume editor Billy Fleming, along with select contributing authors and special guests, at Building Postcarbon Futures events around the US in the next few months as they discuss what it will take to build and maintain a more just, regenerative world—and be sure to keep an eye on this space for additional events and event details.
