This course analyzes concerns related to the functioning of cities from an economic perspective. The primary focus is a discussion of the effects that urban policy tools have on land markets, especially on real estate prices.
Prerequisite(s): understanding of the operation of land markets and the impact of public interventions on land prices (planning and investment decisions).
