
Hallah Elbeleidy
Hallah is a social scientist that brings experience in applied research and education, with a focus on climate change and social justice. She is motivated to contribute to a global community working to address climate inaction and inequality, using evidence-based solutions. Prior to joining the Lincoln Institute, Hallah was a Park Ranger at the National Park Service, a Research Fellow with the Environmental Protection Agency working on EJSCREEN, and was awarded an ETA Fulbright Scholarship in Turkey. Hallah has dual bachelor’s degrees in Middle Eastern studies and women’s & gender studies from Rutgers University and a M.S. in geography from Penn State University. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in geo-information science from Salem State University.
