Armando J. Carbonell, Senior Fellow and Chair, Department of Planning and Urban Form, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy; manages the joint venture with Sonoran Institute and as director of the State Trust Lands Project for the Lincoln Institute, oversees the strategic management of the program's activities, including its research agenda.

Peter Pollock, Roland Smith Fellow, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy; based in Colorado, oversees the joint venture with Sonoran Institute including activities of the State Trust Lands Project.
