The State Trust Lands Project is part of Western Lands and Communities, a joint venture of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and Sonoran Institute.


At Sonoran Institute:

Armando J. Carbonell, Senior Fellow and Chair, Department of Planning and Urban Form, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy; manages Western Lands and Communities with Sonoran Institute and as director of the State Trust Lands Project for the Lincoln Institute, oversees the strategic management of the program's activities, including its research agenda.
