In partnership with the Sonoran Institute, University of Arizona School of Planning and CIUDAD - The Center on the Imapcts of Urban Development in Southern Arizona's Desert Environment, Making Sense of Place – Phoenix: The Urban Desert will be shown to the public at the Tucson Community Center in the Maricopa/Mojave Room. A reception will start at 6:00 p.m. with the film to start at 6:30 p.m.  There will be a moderated panel and a Q & A to follow. The center is located at 260 South Church Ave, Tucson, AZ.

In partnership with the Northern Arizona University's Masters of Liberal Arts, the Friends of Flagstaff’s Future and the NAU Program in Community, Culture and Environment, Making Sense of Place, Phoenix: The Urban Desert will be shown to the public at NAU's Liberal Arts Building, Room 135. A reception will start at 5:30 p.m. with the film to start at 6:00 p.m.  There will be a moderated panel and Q & A to follow. The cinema is located at 300 E. Wilcox Dr., Sierra Vista.

In partnership with ASU West, the Cities of Glendale and Peoria and Leadership West, Making Sense of Place – Phoenix: The Urban Desert will be shown to the public at the ASU West campus in the La Sala Ballroom. A reception will start at 6:00 p.m. with the film to start at 6:30 p.m.  There will be a moderated panel and a Q & A to follow. The campus is located at 4701 West Thunderbird, Glendale.

In partnership with the Yavapai Group of the Grand Canyon Chapter of the Sierra Club, Making Sense of Place – Phoenix: The Urban Desert will be shown to the public at the Prescott Public Library from 7:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.  A discussion will follow. The library is located at 215 E Goodwin St., Prescott.
