Overview
This course provides an examination of the structure, function, and regulation of Latin American land markets and their relationship to the economic, social, and environmental problems of cities. It analyzes the motivations and consequences of policies and practices in the region, and considers a number of experiences from other parts of the world and their potential adaptation to Latin America.

Curso por Internet (gratuito), interactivo e intensivo, que propicia el examen crítico de la estructuración, funcionamiento y regulación de los mercados de suelo y su reflejo en los problemas económicos, sociales y urbanos. Se analizan diversas políticas y prácticas, se discuten motivaciones y consecuencias de experiencias de otras regiones del mundo así como las que emergen en América Latina.
